OUR PHILOSPHY
At M&M Fitness and H.O.P.E. (Helping Our People Exercise) Personal Training Service, we believe in promoting and encouraging a positive, complete healthy lifestyle of total living in all aspects of one's life which include physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We believe that each aspect affects each other and therefore works with each other. When a person gets sick they feel down and their psychology is down. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel up beat, more efficient, and have the ability to more effectively handle life's ups and downs and ultimately get the most out of their life. We believe in challenging a person's body to reach new levels while building balance and strength within their body and mind.
M&M Fitness and H.O.P.E. began by having an interest in not only helping people to lose weight, but also helping people adopt a healthier lifestyle. With a commitment to health, we will help to fight the increase in chronic illnesses that plague our communities. In the United States, an estimated 120 million people are overweight and 30 million are considered obese. Overweight, obesity and unhealthy lifestyle habits are the most critical public health problems that are faced in the 21st century. Excessive body weight and obesity are associated with poor health status and are risk factors for many ailments, including cardiovascular disease. The American Heart Association identifies obesity as one of the six risk factors for coronary heart disease.
At any facility and during on-site sessions (homes, gym, jobs, etc.), we will provide a comfortable, inspiring, and motivating environment. We will work together with our clients to create a plan to reach realistic yet challenging goals. We will also listen to our clients and always solicit feedback in order to help them achieve their personal goals as safely and quickly as possible. We’ll encourage our clients to make fitness a lifestyle they can live with. Training programs will be individually designed to meet the needs of each client. We’ll also ensure every client come away from each session with new and useful information. Most importantly we will provide our clients with the necessary tools to reach maximal fitness levels without experiencing injuries, exhaustion, or burnout.
Our major goal is to be both convenient and affordable. We will offer flexible hours and scheduling with our affordable personal home training programs. We do it not because of the gold, but because of the goal. We love the challenge and rewards of helping clients achieve their fitness, health and nutrition goals. We also love helping clients to live healthier, happier and more successful lives.
